Onboarding was non-existent, particularly regarding critical internal platforms and established processes. Team culture is highly toxic and characterized by backstabbing and outcasting, rather than constructive collaboration. Briefs were consistently vague with an unreasonable expectation of prior knowledge. This environment is shocking for a well-known agency.
