We're 100% employee owned, we're the number one event and experience marketing agency in the world by revenue, and we work with some of the most exciting brands in the world. Also, in many ways we're on the cutting edge of our industry.
Cons
It's sometimes more difficult than it should be to get new ideas embraced. Sometimes what gets derisively dismissed the first time around gets embraced too late, or worse, gets implemented by a competitor first. Sometimes our heritage of fabricating exhibition displays and the business model behind it, gets in the way of implementing advances that will only work with a marketing agency business model supporting it.
