No room for growth Promises made from upper management that never panned out Pay was well below average Poor management from seniors who had no interest in building a relationship with their team High school like environment filled with “adults” who only looked out for their best interests Favorites were chosen constantly Absolutely no process to anything and was basically just a “get the job done at all costs” place to work
