When working on any type of event, it can get crazy at times. Weeks leading up to the event are very stressful and you are expected to work 24/7 to get the job done and make the client happy. However, this is the nature of the business. Some employees put into leadership positions really do not know how to manage people and can make the work environment a little negative with their attitude. You are expected to bend over and do anything for the client, even if it may not be in the best interest for GPJ and might affect the bottom line.
