This role as a really small scope of influence; coming from a smaller company, I found it very rinse-and-repeat. They're still developing their cross-account strategy discipline (different accounts have been run very differently in the past), so it's sometimes difficult to meet others in strategy. Company brand is not very strong; the approach/talk track flexes a LOT to match the client, which makes it difficult to wrap your head around the house style.
