The work can be interesting but exhausting. To look good to the client, Account Directors will budget too few hours for you to get the job done and won't have your back when (surprise!), you go over. They barely pay a living wage for lower-level employees, but the upper level managers seem to get yearly promotions, even during a pandemic while others are getting laid off.
