Unfair salaries (more of a favouritism thing and HR would overpay themselves) , T&Manager didn’t consider neurodiverse candidates (didn’t really have a DEI strategy or wish to work towards it, I once got asked to reject a candidate because their pronouns were “their”), SLT would expect you to go into the office whilst they barely were present.
