Pros
The people are great, fun to work with, and can have a "family" feel to the workplace
Cons
Sr. Management does not seem to care sincerely about the workers. They often make big statements about how employees are the most valued asset, and have a cake once a month, but the reality from the ground level is that they really do not care. They care only for the next sales "win" and squeezing as much billable time out of employees as possible. Burnout is likely.
