Pros

new management can be a fresh start. stirs up and keeps a company from becoming stagnant

Cons

employee shortage from the mass exodus of loyal employees to previous management. New management does not have a plan to execute so they do a lot of knee-jerk reactions and decisions and then go on vacation. No transparency in new management. investors bought the company and again there was no transparency towards employees concerning the new management structure.

The team and coworkers are very supportive. The schedule is very flexible, and you aren’t micromanaged.

Cons

Very heavy caseload for social workers! Little to no training.
