Not beholden to whims of quarterly swings and short term, HQ'd and foundation in ATL area, talent pool experienced from world's leading organizations (access to best practices), conceptually can try anything (processes and rules are at the will of the leader)

Cons

Mediocrity is accepted and rewarded (limited willingness to lead, win or fail fast), conceptually can try anything (processes and rules are at the will of the leader), total cash compensation execution (a division president once advised that only senior leaders in MBM companies reap financial rewards), specific goals which rarely exist are underwhelming

Schedule, flexibility, pay, co- workers, relationships

Cons

No COLA, annual reviews pushed back, comp reviews consistently pushed back even further. Non value added meetings & ‘fluff’ with Koch book reading requirements (which directly conflict in the respect philosophy when it comes to comp reviews), no consistency in business units- ie. Moving from one to another group a vast difference in how they treat/respect employees
