Latest is upper management wants more feed back. This is a joke becuase people that do give feed back get fired. The have a whole division in the mill that has not gotten their reviews for the work they did last year. That being said it is clear a message to this managers employees. The management style is fear based. I will be happy to leave as soon as the job market picks up. I would recommend any one thinking of taking a job at GP take a long hard look at what else is out there. As others have said about MBM it is a joke with upper management.
