Diverse workforce; lack of micro-management; savings on local arts, entertainment, sporting events; opportunities to community service; high profile company
Cons
The buck doesn't seem to stop anywhere - responsibilities fall in too many different silos; systems are not nearly as good as might be expected; compensation (incl raises, bonuses) does not meet expectations for employees at a certain level (I refer to this as the "haves" and "have nots") - too much lip service
