      Great Corporate Training Good benefits They provide snacks during meetings

      Cons

      Demands ALOT of your time Mandatory OT can be given at any minute during your shift (providing sometimes only a 10-15 minute notice before the end of your shift) Very Conservative You may rely more on your peers than Management
