Large case load ratios for advisor to student population. Upper management has no respect for employees. The University Advisement Center is rooted in toxicity. Good for anyone who just wants a job to get by. Ridiculously high staff turnover. Makes no sense to discuss with HR or upper management as no one cares and a familiar response is "that's how it is always done" or "it's not possible to do it that way". Data driven to the point questionable things seem to be going on. Unrealistic expectations. Continuously working on your assigned "log". Growth happens because folks leave so quickly from this department/division. Management is in no way respectful to employees. Numerous other red flags.
