Pros
Health insurance and benefits. Slow pace which could be a con too.
Cons
Poor leadership. No structure. No direction. If you not one of management favorites you get no pay increases. Turnover every two years because people get fed up trying to make positive change witb no support by management. Management unload problems and don't support employees.
