Pros
GT is a good place to work right out of college. However, once you reach a manager level within academic programs you are pretty much stuck. Above that, most of the jobs will go to faculty members with few exception. At the end of the day, GT is an institution built by faculty for faculty so unless you get lucky you really can only go so far.
Cons
Lack of raises and no concern for employee retention. Staff are treated as second class citizens.
