Was a great company with outstanding employees who cared about the company's business.

Cons

Vector capital had no clue what they bought and didn't understand the business. Just interested in selling for a profit, all they have managed to do is damage the brand and make the company less valuable.

Don't see any!! Since that company has been bought by LECTRA, we pretty much lost everything we had!!

Cons

They took away 7 days paid vacation from me with no financial compensation in return for the extra 56 worked hours. I'm in the FIFTH year without a single pay increase!! Not even inflation compensation to maintain buying power!! I've lost over 20% of my buying power now!! In parallel, every year they increase the cost of the health insurance by 30%!!
