Cons

Profit based, untrustworthy, bad reputation among Asian customers. CEO was changed on May 2017 and bloody restructuring is going on. Although with all the potential markets and fame Gerber had been gathered for, company will fall down with profit based top management.

Don't see any!! Since that company has been bought by LECTRA, we pretty much lost everything we had!!

Cons

They took away 7 days paid vacation from me with no financial compensation in return for the extra 56 worked hours. I'm in the FIFTH year without a single pay increase!! Not even inflation compensation to maintain buying power!! I've lost over 20% of my buying power now!! In parallel, every year they increase the cost of the health insurance by 30%!!
