Pros

Had excellent benefits and was a great place to work. Local managers were experianced and very good at their jobs

Cons

Upper level management was clueless as to what was needed and lacked medicare knowledge. They refused to listen to or consult with people who knew medicare. Set goals that were based on incorrect or inaccurate data and tried to base performance on systems that did not work.

First, we want to thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I assure you, each review is discussed internally. Second, we wanted to address some of your points. Thank you for recognizing our health benefits. We do work hard to provide several options — all at very little cost to the employee. Our benefits program is quite competitive in the marketplace. GetInsured continues to be a growing business in a changing market. It’s an ongoing learning process. Since the new administration took office, there have been several failed health bills, and there are a lot of open questions as to what the future holds in regards to health insurance in this country. However, most of the team at GetInsured view this as a tremendous opportunity to be at the forefront of this evolving market and continue to help individuals, companies, states and insurers navigate the new waters. We do value what everyone has to say. You can rest assured that your views were taken into account as part of the decision-making process. We wish you all of the best in your future endeavors.
