Pros

The pay and the benefits were great.

Management does not listen to their agents. I am one of the lucky employee's who heard God voice tell me this position was not for me and to get up and resign. I knew it in my spirit that all the Sr. Colleagues and temps for the Medicare Annual Enrollment Period would be let go. As previously stated in prior reviews the management team has no knowledge of Medicare and does not take the time to listen to their employee's. The Management team would also mandate overtime on weekends in order to hurt the agents close rate so that agents would take less home in commission. If you ask me it's just a prime example of corporate greed. Coming from Aon (world's largest outsourcing and insurance firm) having no problem making Medicare sales goals and not being able to make those here I was more than aware that the issue did not lie with the agents themselves and was more with the way the organization chose to buy their leads.
