Pros
Have never worked with a team that's as across-the-board smart. Creativity and innovation are highly valued. We have many success stories and good momentum moving forward. Also there's a true commitment to customers.
Cons
This is not "just a job" -- maybe this is a pro, not a con? But commitment levels are high, expectations are high. We're all working pretty hard, all the time. Also the constant innovation requires flexibility and adaptability -- not everyone will be comfortable in this environment.
