Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. We see that you noted you are still employed at GetInsured. Such a crazy time we are working in! Hopefully the pandemic, social distancing, and 100% remote work will be behind us soon. Face-to-face interaction, when possible, certainly helps with collaboration efforts. We do think our team has taken on the adjustments forced on us by the pandemic quite well. As far as resources, we hope you take the time to voice your concerns with your manager. We have an open door policy and the management team is always available. We also have our monthly CEO chats and you are welcome to submit any questions or concerns for those as well.
