Company values certain skills and pays well for them. Personal perks such as catered meals make up somewhat for limited time off and insanely long work days. Team atmosphere.
Cons
Company and employees are driven to produce but seldom recognized for success. Long hours, intense work, little time off. Hard to see the company growing much.
