Pros
The company seems like a great place to work and for a VERY select few it can be. The work itself is rewarding and challenging. Pretty standard customer service, nothing extraordinary.
Cons
HUNDREDS of layoffs every season and recruiters/trainers/managers are not transparent about this at all. One day you have 50 people on a team, the next 10. It’s like an undercurrent of “am I next?” And you just don’t know. Team leads keep you engaged by asking if you want a long-term career and let you go the next day. Absolutely do not care about their employees at all. It was one of the worst management teams I have ever had the displeasure of working for and with. Great if you want a seasonal gig, but don’t expect much else and absolutely do not fall for their “do more and we will keep you longer”, everyone I knew was let go. 400+ people. The pay is too low for what they ask of you with no chance of forward movement. Overall, disappointing from start to finish.
