Pros
Normally no one skates your customers and when it does happen and it's probable, you get what's right. I would return again in a minute.
Cons
Not much other than normal car sales crap. Hours are a bit rough but if you want to sell a quality product and have a dealership that cares about it's customers and employees, you can put up with the normal car biz stuff.
