Pros

Solid cultural values of openness and respect. People (even executives) are generally willing to hear feedback, even when negative. Data infrastructure is robust for a smaller company. Outstanding management (both middle/director) on the BI team. Room to grow if you can show you're committed and willing to learn - which doesn't mean "never failing ever and working 12 hour days" but rather being willing to experiment, go outside your comfort zone, and put in a solid (but reasonable) effort.

Cons

Heavy attrition due to Getty being large enough to be recognizable by large companies, but too small to pay the comp-packages larger companies can offer. Frustrating sense of inertia that comes from having had a spectacular run of success early in our history, but not being able to channel the growth into something more sustainable. It's a hard problem to solve, I know, but the constant shifts of the last few years have bred some cynicism in the ranks. Your experience here (as with a lot of companies) can vary widely across teams. I've had a good experience, but I'm saddened to see some of the other reviews here. I think we've taken steps to address this, but I only have so much visibility.

Pros

WFH, good overall culture. Good people.

Cons

Leadership has been slow to stay current and modern in the workplace. The business is straddled with debt from a pervious investment company that had bought Getty and gutted it. Future is uncertain.
