Hello, thank you for your review. I'm sorry to see you haven't had an overall positive experience as an employee at Getty Images. I do appreciate that you've taken the time to provide this feedback, though. Our management teams and company leadership work to remain transparent with employees at all times, and we support this sentiment with our Leadership Principles - specifically "We are trustworthy, transparent, and honest". Our CEO hosts monthly All Hands meetings to ensure that employees are always aware of changes happening within the business, as well as to ensure communication is consistent and open. If you do not feel that you have the resources necessary to complete your job, for instance, payment processing, please speak either your manager or HR Business Partner. We never want an employee to be lacking in tools that will make them successful in their role. Further, if you want to speak with someone other than your manager, I encourage you to reach out to your HR Business Partner to speak with any issues you may be experiencing. We are always happy to help you work towards a solution. If you would like to speak about any of this feedback more specifically, I am happy for you to email me at sarah.dudley@gettyimages.com!

Pros

WFH, good overall culture. Good people.

Cons

Leadership has been slow to stay current and modern in the workplace. The business is straddled with debt from a pervious investment company that had bought Getty and gutted it. Future is uncertain.
