      Great place to work if you are not in it for the money but for the experience. This is pretty much true for all Higher Ed jobs.

      Cons

      Residential institution that never shuts down. You will work regardless of whatever is happening in the world, i.e. Covid.

      Working at the International Student Services is the best experience ever. There's a great sense of community and diversity in everything they do!
