      My team/office is great. I like the students who come through our office. There are some fun days and activities for staff that sometimes help with morale.

      Cons

      Not being treated like a human being by HR. Little to no incentive to work harder or overperform due to lack of performance based raises or bonuses.

      Working at the International Student Services is the best experience ever. There's a great sense of community and diversity in everything they do!
