Run - General Manager Gibbs Oil Employee Review

Company does not support managers, and keeps disruptive employees. I ran two stores in a month and higher management moved me instead of out processing disruptive asms. Stores were disorganized, and dirty. Lots of old stuff just sitting. Benifits were average and you have to wait 90 days. Systems are antiquated like using paper and pen and to close a business day would take 4 hours.
