      Pros

      Quality of work, leave policy and work-life balance. Being a product based company it offers good quality of work, provided you are put into development. 35 paid leaves with 13 standard leaves is way more than what other companies offer. To top of that all paid leaves can be en cashed based on CTC.

      Cons

      Micro management, probation extension, below average salary hikes and very less get together events. Salary is low as compared to other companies. Management will wait for you to put resignation and then they will start offering higher salary. Probation/Internship is extended based on company's profits. Ridiculous.

      Good CSR team. Card manufacturing industry different to work kind a cool industry. But gets boring over period

      Low Pay less PTO time & only 2 float holidays/year. Very Biased and unfair internal hiring environment.
