      many opportunities to work on different projects and in different countries, the working hours is very flexible, the working environment is not so strict

      very stressful, and lack of life balance, not many opportunities to learn new technologies, not many training opportunities, not good for young people

      Good CSR team. Card manufacturing industry different to work kind a cool industry. But gets boring over period

      Cons

      Low Pay less PTO time & only 2 float holidays/year. Very Biased and unfair internal hiring environment.
