      Great team members, tons of know how, quality products, possible to get professional trainings

      Cons

      IT lagging behind 'state of the art', slow internet, german minded (heavy process brings quality but slows completely innovation and ability to tackle new market activities)

      Good CSR team. Card manufacturing industry different to work kind a cool industry. But gets boring over period

      Cons

      Low Pay less PTO time & only 2 float holidays/year. Very Biased and unfair internal hiring environment.
