      Pros

      They've eliminated meritocracy, so if you're the type that thrives in an evironment where you can skate by doing as little possible, this the company for you. And if you're the type the just loves to carry the whole team without reward, G&D is the place for you.

      Cons

      Company used to strive for delivering quality, now the strive to tell everybody how they strive for quality. Sort of like a used car salesman.

      Good CSR team. Card manufacturing industry different to work kind a cool industry. But gets boring over period

      Cons

      Low Pay less PTO time & only 2 float holidays/year. Very Biased and unfair internal hiring environment.
