      Working with Germans is giving you great exposure.

      Cons

      BAD Company just because of uncertainty(no one knows when he/ she will asked to leave the company without any prior notice).Tenured people who are working for more then 10 years are not treating new employees with respect and dignity

      Good CSR team. Card manufacturing industry different to work kind a cool industry. But gets boring over period

      Low Pay less PTO time & only 2 float holidays/year. Very Biased and unfair internal hiring environment.
