      Everything is about office politics. They put you down in anyway they want, If they don't like for any reason, you have to work a lot and you don't have any voice.

      Good CSR team. Card manufacturing industry different to work kind a cool industry. But gets boring over period

      Cons

      Low Pay less PTO time & only 2 float holidays/year. Very Biased and unfair internal hiring environment.
