Pros
-Leadership will listen to suggestions you make to improve the service -Everyone is very supportive and will help you if you need it -Great product with low pricing in a time where there's a national labor shortage
Cons
-The comp plan is atrocious because it's both capped and requires 100% attainment to get paid anything. They try to say that it's uncapped, but the uncapped portion is very insignificant. The OTE is already lower than other AE jobs out there, so you won't be making much in commission at this company. -It's unclear how monthly quotas are calculated. If you do really well one month, expect your quota to shoot up the next. -You might not get any equity here because they decide a year into the job if they'll offer it to you or not. -Leadership's main goal is for reps to bring in larger national accounts, yet they run the sales team like a call center instead of using a more strategic approach -Lots of micromanaging. You have to make 100 calls per day and you will be harassed about calls daily. -It's a family owned business without any outside investors, so they don't have the resources or expertise that a VC would have in scaling a business. The lack of funding is probably why the comp plan is as terrible as it is.
