Cons

Company lies about overall compensation. Does everything to raise goals monthly targets out of reach to not pay commissions. Expected to work 12 hour+ days and weekends. Zero work life balance. CEO is power hungry and has overblown EGO, with a 1990’s boiler room sales approach.

Great people, great product, great leadership. The coffee game is out of this world.

Cons

Downtown location is cool, but could be better situated to encourage spending more time in the neighborhood vs. the office.

Pros

Select your jobs and hours easily without requiring any more than you're willing to work. Also nice to have reviews on most jobs to help you make an informed decision on what you want to work or not.

Cons

Most of the work is I-9 and will require you to track all of your expenses and such so you're not royally screwed come tax season. Work descriptions will regularly be outdated, vague, or just wildly inaccurate. Services to help you are limited and tedious to get.
