Cons
None really. This company is still growing so some processes and procedures aren't as clear and smoothly transitioned (normal things that come with a growing tech start up), but that's where the ideas and suggestions come into play. Really I do not see this as a con but more of an opportunity to help this company grow and expand. It's important not to get too focused on what might be wrong and focus on how everyone in the company wants to make this company great and expand and that's the general mindset of every employee in this company.
