Pros

They pay their CNA’s well. But not recruiters.

Cons

-Doesn't disclose bonus structure, you never know where you are or what your progress is. Have zero clue what you are getting as a bonus. -Hides non-compete in ‘employee agreement’. -They torment you after employment by going after new job with non-compete to harass you and new employer. -You have to be on call on the weekends and that’s not in employee agreement. Yet they enforce a non-compete.

Hi Anonymous, sorry that your experience with GigWorx was not a positive one for you. Our non-compete is primarily designed to protect our business from bad actors taking that information to competitors. While we wan't to protect our business, we would certainly never "go after" someone simply looking for a new opportunity. Our on-call work is bonused and 100% voluntary. We appreciate the feedback and with all subsequent hires have taken additional steps to make sure everyone is on the same page and do not feel pressured to work if they do not want to or are unable to. We love working with our healthcare, bringing them onto the team and helping them to be successful in their careers! It's definitely our gig!

- Strong emphasis on communication - Integrity in employees and leadership. - Work life balance -Environment that fosters growth

Cons

- As a younger company, sometimes it is, "up to you" to figure things out. -Not GigWorxs fault per se, but there are frequent bizarre encounters to be had on 16th street mall.

Thanks for the feedback! 16th street is certainly a "unique" place in Denver and we certainly want our team to feel safe. As we continue to grow and look at the need for more space, this feedback definitely helps us with looking at new places and ways to make GigWorx a better place to work. We also understand how it can be frustrating to not have clear cut direction and ways of growing professionally. This is something we are taking a hard look at to make sure we are delivering clearer direction on roles and ways to grow and learn as a professional. Stay tuned!

Pros

Work when you want, pick your choice. Some gigworx workers are retirees, people want extra money for a event. But not all are cool.

Cons

Not really desirable work. Literally scapping the bottom of the barrel. It is jobs everyone hates and dont want to do. A lot of gigworx workers are also bottom of barrel with issues relating to mental health or god only knows
