Pros

I can’t really think of any

Cons

Opportunities promised vs. what was given was like a Chinese direct purchase fail They are unethical I would consider them to owe me $$$ for my time there…. The personalities of people in the office are terrible, they did not even take precautions like wearing masks during the virus I am much happier doing gig work through other apps in the area— I even got certified through one of them

Hi Anonymous, so sorry that you feel like your time with us was not a good experience. We are not your typical "agency" or healthcare tech platform. We believe that bad actors in our industry have severely damaged the reputation of dedicated and hardworking healthcare professionals through loose standards. Because of this, we have strict policies for our staff regarding call offs and unprofessional behavior. While some people may find them to be too harsh, we believe it is the only way to turn around the negative perception of "agency" and deliver care that our clients and their residents can count on. - Strong emphasis on communication - Integrity in employees and leadership. - Work life balance -Environment that fosters growth

Cons

- As a younger company, sometimes it is, "up to you" to figure things out. -Not GigWorxs fault per se, but there are frequent bizarre encounters to be had on 16th street mall.

Thanks for the feedback! 16th street is certainly a "unique" place in Denver and we certainly want our team to feel safe. As we continue to grow and look at the need for more space, this feedback definitely helps us with looking at new places and ways to make GigWorx a better place to work. We also understand how it can be frustrating to not have clear cut direction and ways of growing professionally. This is something we are taking a hard look at to make sure we are delivering clearer direction on roles and ways to grow and learn as a professional. Stay tuned!

Pros

Work when you want, pick your choice. Some gigworx workers are retirees, people want extra money for a event. But not all are cool.

Cons

Not really desirable work. Literally scapping the bottom of the barrel. It is jobs everyone hates and dont want to do. A lot of gigworx workers are also bottom of barrel with issues relating to mental health or god only knows
