Cons

Total spam of a worksite, similar to that of Rat Race Rebellion that spams your email with bogus listings of TurboTax etc. work offers, but responds with broken links that connect to a chat BOT. And no actual support. Just a page to file an email ticket that will never get answered.

Hi! I think you may have us confused with another company... We offer support 7 days a week from 7a-11p either over the phone(call or text) at 800-571-9463 or via email at support@gigworx.com or info@gigworx.com. Not sure about the chatbot, we disabled that awhile ago, or the ticketing page... Also, we are not a "worksite". We are a bit more of a blend between the gig economy and traditional staffing. All of our staff are W2 employees and work with local brick and mortar companies by accepting gigs on our app. Feel free to give us a shout through any of the above channels!

- Strong emphasis on communication - Integrity in employees and leadership. - Work life balance -Environment that fosters growth

Cons

- As a younger company, sometimes it is, "up to you" to figure things out. -Not GigWorxs fault per se, but there are frequent bizarre encounters to be had on 16th street mall.

Thanks for the feedback! 16th street is certainly a "unique" place in Denver and we certainly want our team to feel safe. As we continue to grow and look at the need for more space, this feedback definitely helps us with looking at new places and ways to make GigWorx a better place to work. We also understand how it can be frustrating to not have clear cut direction and ways of growing professionally. This is something we are taking a hard look at to make sure we are delivering clearer direction on roles and ways to grow and learn as a professional. Stay tuned!

Pros

Work when you want, pick your choice. Some gigworx workers are retirees, people want extra money for a event. But not all are cool.

Cons

Not really desirable work. Literally scapping the bottom of the barrel. It is jobs everyone hates and dont want to do. A lot of gigworx workers are also bottom of barrel with issues relating to mental health or god only knows
