Pros
Great Liver Disease and HIV divisions. They truly own those markets with the best in class for helping people with difficult diseases. CF and CV are the tough divisions to work for. Little support with Managed Care and less support with resources. Great Employee Stock Program
Cons
The average tenure for sales people is 3 years. They treat their dogs better than their sales people. Very little room for advancement. Human Resources is a joke at handling management and rep issues.
