Pros

The hiring and training staff are super friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. As are a majority of the employees and Gillette guests. I instantly felt like family! Most of the employees have worked here for years, so that in of itself speaks tells you everything that you need to know. I absolutely love how they don't discriminate againest age, race, or special needs. I could go on and on but I will just end with the simple suggestion that you apply and join the Gillette family. You won't regret it!

Cons

The pay is not the greatest. However, you get to work for a great company that does alot of philanthropy work, treats you like family, and you get to be a part of helping others enjoy themselves and create memories. So, there's that.
