Pros

The best moments of the job are the events you will work. You can see some really cool performances and games.

Cons

The hours. The pay. The lack of benefits. For a part-time job, I would work 50-70 hours a week during the summer. That’s great if you don’t need much sleep, or a life, but keep in mind - that’s without ANY benefits, and working for under 20$ an hour. Lack of safe equipment, lack of guidance from senior management, lack of morals.
