      Excellent culture and company. Very flexible, has good perks, is the first remote, and an awesome product.

      Cons

      Lack of management and opportunities to grow and move forward to the next team. You tend to be very stagnant.

      Remote work with some really great team mates

      Cons

      Currently GitHub seems to be all over the place and with some key Leadership moving on, the replacements seem to be mainly coming from MSFT.
