Great place to work. Decent benefits and pay. Nice and laid back environment and people. Everyone communicates well with each other.

Cons

Workload can become overwhelming at times. Management sometimes play favorites. Not many opportunities, if any for advancement. Need to invest in some new equipments.

Quiet, nobody talks to you

Cons

They're a predatory company. They fired me for missing time due to family after asking me to take vto a few days before to save revenue due to low business. They go through temp agencies so that they can fire at will without it on their records.
