Pros
The benefits are nice. If you manage to get hired on you get a HSA savings account, a decent-ish insurance with 401k. And they have a well fit program that helps you save money on your insurance. They also give you two weeks of paid vacation after you complete your first 3 months after you get hired on through the company.
Cons
If you end up getting sick even if you give them a doctor's note they still give you points. They do not work with you if you have medical issues and you are hired on full-time. Once you reach eight points they fire you regardless. The company while the benefits are nice does not truly care about their employees safety where their health is concerned. If you have one too many points and cannot afford to get more and you are extremely sick they would rather you keep working or risk getting fired by accruing the last point. They make it seem like they would rather you pass out on the floor than go home.
