Thank you for your review! I’m delighted to know that you think our company is amazing and I am confident that you are part of the reason. Our sales team is incredible and it’s such an honor for me to lead it. You are absolutely correct. We do listen and sincerely strive to make our company and sales organization the best it can be. --And part of that is ensuring that we have a diverse and inclusive culture. Listening to our people in one-to-one and small group settings is one of my favorite aspects of the job. I care deeply about our people, their well-being, their growth, and their success. I’m so glad that you do not feel like a number and that you appreciate the opportunity to earn “extra” for your work. Though we are not perfect and there are areas that need improvement, we truly want our employees to thrive. Burnout is real, especially when so much work remains virtual, but adding “You Days” this quarter gave everyone a boost and I’m glad that we’re empowered to take action to help. We’ll continue to look for ways to support our people.
Thanks for calling out the systems challenge. Though we have a robust tech stack for our sellers, I know that some systems can be cumbersome and not as efficient as we’d like. We will continue to assess the stack, equip our people to use the systems and identify ways to optimize.
