GlideFast have a deep talent pool covering all aspects of delivering successful ServiceNow implementations to their customers. What I see that sets them apart is the desire for individuals to share their knowledge, experience and time to help out. They have a vibrant community of individuals with discussions leading beyond work-related goals to everyday hobbies and personal growth. The compensation and bonus structure is very transparent.

Cons

Like any company that is experiencing rapid growth, there are expected to be growing pains along the way. I believe leadership is receptive to feedback and greater processes are being enabled to smooth out challenges.
